We actively recruit both experienced opticians and optometric technicians as well as well qualified, non-experienced individuals who want to become part of our eye care team.  We have an extensive in house training program for applicants that includes college level courses in Optics, Ocular Anatomy, Diseases, Marketing, Fashion Optical Fitting and Dispensing, and training toward becoming a journeyman and master optician.  All applicants must possess one or more of the following: a minimum of two years of college/Associates Degree or four years retail management experience.  Also, applicants must have their own car and be willing to travel to our other offices and work every Saturday and some evenings.
